Cancellation Policy
🛑 Cancellation Policy Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your reservation. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. 🕒 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be shortened or canceled with partial refund. 💳 Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 💧 Weather Policy In case of severe weather conditions (strong wind, lightning), bookings will be rescheduled or fully refunded. ✅ Safety Policy Life jackets are mandatory and provided. Customers must follow safety instructions at all times.
